REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all tickets purchased for events organized by 2Wild Events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

1. No Refunds

 

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except as detailed in Section 2.

 

 

2. Event Cancellation

 

  • If an event is cancelled by 2Wild Events, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within [7–14] working days.

 

 

3. Event Rescheduling or Venue Change

 

  • If an event is rescheduled or moved to a different venue, all tickets will remain valid for the new date and/or venue.

  • Refunds will not be provided in these cases.

 

 

4. Ticket Transfers

 

  • 2Wild Events does not operate an official resale or transfer system.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to another individual at your own discretion.

  • The responsibility for ticket transfer lies solely with the original purchaser. 2Wild Events is not responsible for any issues arising from private transfers.
