REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all tickets purchased for events organized by 2Wild Events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except as detailed in Section 2.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by 2Wild Events, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within [7–14] working days.
3. Event Rescheduling or Venue Change
If an event is rescheduled or moved to a different venue, all tickets will remain valid for the new date and/or venue.
Refunds will not be provided in these cases.
4. Ticket Transfers
2Wild Events does not operate an official resale or transfer system.
If you are unable to attend, you may give your ticket to another individual at your own discretion.
The responsibility for ticket transfer lies solely with the original purchaser. 2Wild Events is not responsible for any issues arising from private transfers.
